  • Set a timer to stand every hour.

  • Do a quick loop (or three) around your house or office. Going around the block or around the building would be even better in the sunshine.

  • Try 10 bodyweight moves: squats, marches, or wall pushups.

I know it is easy to skip this if you are in the “zone” and feeling productive, but this is so important.
